SCHURRTOP JK C375 4254 “BEEF” -
SCHURRTOP BEEF 4254 is a standout bull from the 2006 calf crop. He had a 741 pound weaning weight, 1458 yearling weight, 16.5” ribeye and a 4.0 marbling score to ratio 129. He offers us some pedigree diversification and is a super thick, big topped and shapely bull from an outstanding female. We call his BEEF because that is what he produces. His progeny are big bodied, muscular and shapely from end to end and his marbling EPD is in the top 7% of the breed.
